Happy Monday!
As if Monday is ever really happy!lol! Everyone has such a hard time getting up on Mondays!
Lots to get done this week. My cousin's wedding is on Saturday and I'm so looking forward to that! The younger kids are SO excited. They are counting down the days. The youngest two have never been to a wedding! SB has been a flower girl once and went to a wedding as an infant since it was out of town and she was still nursing. The teenager has been in a couple of weddings.
This should be great fun though. I don't get to see my extended family very often and they are all a hoot, plus my brother is going as well and since he's one of the funniest people I know, we're bound to have a grand time! I even have a new pretty outfit to wear! Woohoo!
I finally finished cutting the fabric for the Princess' costume. My plan is to get it finished by the middle of the week so I can work on SB's. Both costumes involve slippery satin, which I've not sewn much of, and cutting it was difficult, but at least it's a costume and not something fancier so if I make a few mistakes it's not the end of the world!

I can see why they are excited. There seems to be such a "mystique" about weddings when you're a kid...lol! I bet they are going to have a ton of fun. :) Will there be dancing and all that good stuff, too?
I miss seeing my extended family as well, but I don't imagine there are going to be any weddings in the family anytime soon. Well, actually my cousin is getting married this month - but in Cali, so I won't be able to make it. Which reminds me - gotta send them a wedding present! Uh oh!

I love weddings! I'm a little jealous that you get to go have all that fun.
There will be dancing! I'm so excited for my girls to dance with their daddy! They dance with him at home, and SB has been to a Father/daughter dance, but a wedding is just FUN!
