Well, it's hard to know the "whole story" because of "privacy laws", but on the service this certainly seems ridiculous and extreme. I mean, just because you like guns or like to draw them, doesn't mean that you're going to bring one to school and try and kill someone. There is nothing illegal in drawing pictures unless there is implicit threat and I don't really think that a mere drawing of a gun implies a threat. Just more stupidity from overzealous school officials.
