Where to begin...
I've got
no money
oral surgery for our eldest and our portion is $820!
a doctor visit making me nervous
a loss of one source of income for this month
too much volunteer work and not enough volunteers
I am really stressed out. And so tired.

I think oral surgeons make the most money, since hardly anything is covered by insurance, they get their money right off the top, and right away.
