And All That Jazz
I'm tired and grumpy and in pain.
I totally understand how people with chronic pain issues become addicted to pain killers or become so depressed that they can't function. I wake up crying at night because of this stupid pain in my leg. It is totally ruining the quality of my life. The physical therapy doesn't seem to be working and it's been almost 4 months now that I've had some sort of back or leg pain. I'm so done.
Life is too busy. Honestly, I am run ragged and I don't know what to do about it. I don't feel like I can ask my girls to give up what they love, but I am so tired of running to dance. And tonight we have to start a new Religious Education class for The Princess. One hour at our church. Which is near the dance studio. but the class starts an hour after dance starts and ends two hours before dance is over. So that means three trips to and from the same area tonight. And that's only because I'm going to bring a book and sit and read while The Princess is in her class.
I'm just feeling so worn out and done with everything right now. I am so anxious about the state of our country as well, particularly the economy, that I am a nervous wreck. I'm crying all the time and on edge and not sleeping and just a wreck.

I'm sorry ((((hugs)))
I have to take pain medicine everyday for my back, and even then my back still twitches with pain, and my knee is so numb it hurts to even scratch it.
Would going to PT more than twice a week help your leg/back?
I totally understand the feeling stressed out about everything. It's a scary time. I had to make myself stop reading and listening to political stuff because I think it was giving me an ulcer.
I wonder if massage therapy would help your back more than physical therapy? Or maybe a combination of both? It helped me a lot, but I don't know if our stupid insurance would pay for it or not.
