One of them was out of stock and they thought they would not be able to get anymore so they credited our account the amount of the shirt and shipping plus $10 for the inconvenience. Then? The shirt came in. So they sent it to us. For free. As a courtesy for the delay. So now we have a credit plus the t-shirt. They surely know how to keep customers!
